Vision & Strategy Session
This is where the magic begins. Over a relaxed but focused 90 minute video session, we’ll:

Brand Co-Creation Day
In dynamic live sessions, we’ll craft your complete brand identity together. These sessions are typically split into two energising 2-hour blocks on the same day – perfect for maintaining creative momentum while allowing for reflection time. We’ll customise the schedule during our initial vision & strategy session to ensure it works best for you.

Website Build Day

Working together in real-time, we’ll create a website that feels authentically yours and strategically aligned.
Like our Brand Co-Creation Day, we typically split this into two energising 2-hour sessions, allowing for both creative flow and thoughtful reflection. We’ll finalise the perfect schedule during our initial strategy session to suit your needs.

This 90-minute session is designed to ensure everything feels perfectly aligned before you share your work with the world.
Together, we’ll tie up any loose ends, make final refinements, and craft a launch strategy that feels right for you and your business.
In this final session, we’ll:
- Polish all the details
- Train you on brand and website management
- Set up analytics and tracking
- Plan your launch strategy
You’ll leave fully prepared to share your new online presence with the world and the confidence to take control of the reigns. Far from goodbye, I am always here when you need me as an oursourced creative or strategic partner.

A Note About Software Costs
I build on software platforms you own, ensuring you maintain complete control of your online presence. Platform costs (hosting, email, etc.) are kept separate, allowing me to:
- Keep my service pricing equitable and flexible
- Customise platform choices to your specific needs
- Ensure you’re never locked into unnecessary services
These annual platform costs typically range from €100-300, depending on your needs. We’ll explore the best options for your business during our initial strategy session, ensuring you understand all costs before we begin.

What exactly is co-creation?
Think of it like cooking with a chef instead of ordering takeout! Rather than disappearing into my design cave and emerging weeks later with a finished product, we work together in live sessions. You’ll watch your brand and website come to life in real-time, make decisions on the spot, and learn how everything works along the way. No more endless email chains or wondering what’s happening behind the scenes. Plus, you get to witness what I like to call “design alchemy” – where your ideas transform into digital gold right before your eyes!
How much time do I need to commit?
I won’t lie – we’re building your business’s online home, not assembling a flat-pack bookshelf! You’ll need to set aside time for our four focused sessions: a 90-minute strategy chat, two full co-creation days that are a combination of live zoom sessions and WhatsApp chats (with plenty of coffee breaks!), and a 90-minute launch prep session. Between sessions, you’ll have some light homework like gathering content or reviewing what we’ve built. But don’t worry – I’m not the kind of teacher who assigns essays over the weekend. 😉
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
Perfect! I love working with tech beginners – you have no bad habits to unlearn! If you can send an email and use Facebook, you’re already qualified. I specialize in making complex things simple and actually enjoy explaining tech stuff in human language. No geek speak, no condescending sighs, just clear guidance and lots of “aha!” moments. By the end, you’ll be surprising yourself (and possibly your teenagers) with your digital skills.
What platforms do you work with?
I’m platform-agnostic (fancy way of saying I don’t play favorites), but I do have strong opinions about what will work best for YOUR specific needs. During our strategy session, we’ll choose the perfect platform based on your business goals, budget, and technical comfort level. Whether it’s Squarespace, WordPress, or something in between, we’ll pick something that won’t break the bank or your spirit. The key is finding tools that you’ll actually enjoy using after we’re done.
What happens after launch?
Unlike most website projects, this isn’t a “good luck, you’re on your own now!” situation. By the end of our time together, you’ll know how to manage your site and make basic updates. But if you ever need a helping hand, I’m just a message away. Think of me as your digital co-pilot – available for strategic check-ins, quick fixes, or bigger evolutions as your business grows. Plus, I offer some pretty sweet add-on packages if you want ongoing support. No pressure though – I’m here if you need me, but I’ve trained you well enough to fly solo too!
Why are there stand alone & add on prices?
When you book additional services up front with the core package, it is a more intuitive and seamless experience as we are both immersed in the project together.
When sessions are booked after the project is over, I may have been working with another client and/or significant time may have passed so there is additional time required to recap and get back in-sync with you and your project.
By giving both options, you are not tied in if now is not the right time for you – can have the flexibility of booking in at a later date and I will be able to devote the time necessary to give your project the same high quality service and attention as your initial core package 🙂.
