I have worked with Mary T for more years that either of us care’s to put a number on 😆. It is always a deeply connected, fun and intuitive process to work together. She is an exceptional coach dedicated to igniting evolutionary consciousness in leaders, teams and organisatinal cultures.
Over the years we have created new programs, evolved her brands and created new brands. Mary T is never afraid of questioning herself and her work and the result is a fearless, authentic and powerful body of work.

Project Elements
Sub Brand Creation
Mary T already had a beautiful logo for Azurite when we started to work together. Over the years we have extended this brand to sub brands for her signature program – The Meta Navigator as well as The Helmsman and The Wayfarer. Each keeps the central metafor in tact while creating a distinct mark.
Website Design
I love working with people who are open to suggestion. Over the years, every time I have floated an idea, Mary T has been excited to give it a go or try something new. For me this is the mark of an exceptional coach. In this project, it was video and though it was no easy task, she ran with it. Our biggest work on this project was condensing her incredibly body of work down to only what is needed. In the end, we created a beautiful balance of content and design to highlight her work.
