A 90-minute deep dive strategy session where we map your business together using the Business Model Canvas – a one page business planning tool.
This isn’t therapy. It isn’t coaching. It isn’t me telling you what to do.
It’s forensic listening and collaborative thinking to help you see what’s actually there – not what you think should be there, or what some expert said should be there.
Here’s how it works
Before we meet: You’ll get a short optional prep form (3 questions). If you can’t articulate the answers yet, that’s fine – we’ll talk through them together.
During our 90 minutes:
- We build your Business Model Canvas together live on screen
- I ask questions, you talk through your business honestly. We map what’s working, what’s draining you, where the fog actually is
- No judgement. No prescriptive advice. Just clear-eyed collaborative thinking.
After our session:
- Your 1-Page Business Map (PDF + editable Canva template)
- Session Report with specific recommendations for next steps to give you clarity on whether you need DIY solutions, done-with-you support, or done-for-you help

About Working With Me
I’m Orla Fitz – I’ve spent 20 years helping mission-driven solopreneurs figure out what they’re actually building and how to express it online.
My background is in economics and web design, but what I really do is listen forensically without jumping to solutions. I spot the real problem underneath the surface request. I give you permission to be uncertain while helping you find solid ground.
